D28-C-15-DP High-Speed Double Nozzle is a copper fiber-laser cutting nozzle. Double layer adds an outer gas path around the orifice. Shops usually run double-layer nozzles on oxygen for mild steel. On our spec sheet: 28 mm outside diameter, M11 thread, 15 mm height. Orifice size is chosen in millimeters and does not change the price. Sold in packs of 10 or 50. Compatible consumable, not an OEM part. The model suffix is DP. Plating was not confirmed on our spec sheet, so we do not call this chrome. Ask if you need a plating note before a production run.

- Do I need to re-center after swapping the nozzle?
- Yes. Center the nozzle on the beam after every swap — a tape shot or your head's centering routine. An off-center nozzle shows up as dross or slag on one side of the cut.
- Chrome or plain copper?
- Plating is not stated on our spec sheet for this SKU. Treat it as plain copper unless the bag says otherwise.
- What if it does not fit my head?
- Email support@laserparts.us with the head model and a photo before you ship anything back. A listed fit that does not seat is replaced or refunded. Unused parts in sealed packs can come back within 30 days of delivery. Typical and noted fits are confirm-first.
- How do I reorder the same part?
