Shipping from the USA
In-stock parts ship from a US fulfillment partner. The cart ships to US addresses only — outside the US, use the quote form.
Shipping
- In-stock parts ship from the USA to US addresses.
- Your Stripe receipt arrives right away. We email tracking when the carton scans.
- Carrier weather delays are outside our control.
Rates
- One rate for US addresses: $9.95 per order.
- Free shipping when the parts subtotal is $99 or more, before tax.
- The cart shows how much more gets you free shipping, and the Stripe checkout page shows the charge before you pay.
- Alaska and Hawaii use the same checkout rate. If a carrier quote is far off the flat rate, we email before the carton leaves.
Returns
- Unused, uninstalled consumables in original packaging: return within 30 days of delivery.
- Wrong fit: contact support@laserparts.us first with the head model and photos. We swap or refund unused items.
- Used, crashed, or melted nozzles are not returnable.
- Lenses and windows with coating damage from handling are not returnable. Dust on a coating becomes a pit; we cannot resell that optic.
- Fits marked typical or noted are confirm-first. If you skip that and the part does not match the head, the return is decided case by case and may be a restock, not a refund.
- Buyer pays return shipping unless we shipped the wrong SKU.
- Refunds go to the original payment method through Stripe.
Country of origin
If a customer or a contract needs country-of-origin marking on the bag, say so on the quote and we will confirm it before you pay.
