Terms of sale
How the cart, the fit labels, and Stripe checkout work, and what you can expect from us.
You are buying from LaserParts.US (laserparts.us). Placing an order or asking for a quote means you have read these terms. If a later signed account agreement conflicts with this page, the signed agreement wins.
Compatible parts, not OEM
Products are compatible consumables. They are not manufactured by, warranted by, or sold as genuine Raytools, Precitec, WSX, BOCI, Hans, DNE, or Trumpf parts. Head names describe the interface we believe the part fits.
A listed fit is a head named on our spec sheet. A noted fit comes from a photo or a remark. A typical fit is a common diameter match that you should confirm before the first order. Ordering a typical or noted fit without confirming it is your decision.
Prices and payment
The price is the pack price in the catalog at the moment checkout starts. The server sends that amount to Stripe. A price sitting in your browser cart is not the charge if the catalog changed. Promotion codes are Stripe coupons, entered on the Stripe page. Pack size is the volume price and is already applied before any coupon.
If a listing is wrong, we may cancel before shipment and email you. We do not silently substitute a different orifice, diameter, or power grade.
Shipping and risk
Shipping rates and the return window are on the shipping page. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier picks up the carton from our US fulfillment partner. Title passes when Stripe marks the payment paid and the goods leave the warehouse.
Use
You are responsible for installing the part in a head it fits, for the assist gas and focus your process needs, and for keeping coated optics clean. A nozzle or window is a wear item. Nothing on this site is a cut chart.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for a part is limited to the price you paid for that part. We are not liable for lost machine time, scrap plate, or a damaged head from a part that was labeled typical or noted and was not confirmed. This limit does not apply where the law forbids it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, excluding conflict rules. Venue, if a court is required, is a state or federal court in Florida.
