LaserParts.US sells fiber laser consumables to US customers. The operator of this site is the party you reach at privacy@laserparts.us.

What we collect

• Checkout: name, email, phone, and shipping and billing address are collected by Stripe on their hosted page. We receive the checkout session, including the email and the address Stripe attaches, so our US fulfillment partner can ship the carton.
• Quote and contact forms: the fields you submit (name, email, phone, company, ZIP, head model, message).
• Reorder reminder: email address and the SKU you asked us to remember.
• The cart itself stays in local storage in your browser. We do not receive it until you start checkout or submit a quote.

What we do with it

We use it to take payment, ship the order, answer the message, and send the reorder note you asked for. We do not sell personal information. We do not run advertising pixels.

Processors

Stripe processes the card, Link, Apple Pay, and Google Pay payment. Stripe’s own privacy policy covers data on checkout.stripe.com. Our web host serves the pages and keeps standard request logs. The warehouse is a US 3PL that receives the ship-to address and the packing list.

Retention

Order records are kept as long as tax and warranty questions require, then deleted or archived. Quote emails are kept long enough to answer and to recognize a repeat shop. You can ask privacy@laserparts.us to delete a quote or a reorder address.

Cookies

This site does not set a tracking cookie. If you pick a language, a functional cookie remembers that choice. Stripe sets cookies on the checkout domain when you pay. The cart uses local storage, which you can clear in the browser.
