Question 1

Single-layer or double-layer nozzle?

Accepted Answer

Single-layer is the usual nitrogen or air nozzle for stainless and aluminum: one orifice. Double-layer is the usual oxygen nozzle for mild steel. That is a shop habit, not a cut chart. Gas pressure, focus, and material still decide the orifice.

Question 2

Which orifice should I order?

Accepted Answer

A common starting set on a fiber head is 1.0, 1.2, 1.5, 2.0, and 2.5 mm, with 1.5 mm as the piece most shops burn through first. Thicker plate and higher assist flow want a larger bore. Price is the same across the orifices listed on the product. If you are matching a nozzle you already run, measure the bore you pull out.

Question 3

Are these OEM Raytools, Precitec, WSX, BOCI, or Trumpf parts?

Accepted Answer

No. They are compatible consumables. The head name on a product page tells you which interface we believe it fits. It is not the OEM brand of the part in the bag.

Question 4

What do listed, noted, and typical fit mean?

Accepted Answer

Listed means the head is named on our spec sheet. Noted means a photo or a remark calls the head out, short of a full confirmation. Typical means this diameter is the common shop fit and you should confirm thread and height before the first order. We would rather print the uncertainty than imply a fit we have not checked.

Question 5

What does shipping cost?

Accepted Answer

In-stock parts ship from our US fulfillment partner. Shipping to US addresses is a flat $9.95, and free when the parts subtotal is $99 or more. The cart and the Stripe checkout page show the charge before you pay. We do not ship outside the US from the cart — use the quote form.

Question 6

How do pack prices and promo codes work?

Accepted Answer

The pack you select is the volume price: nozzles come in 10- and 50-packs (10 and 25 for Trumpf-style nozzles) and the common ceramic rings in 5- and 10-packs, with the per-piece price shown next to each. A promotion code is separate. You enter it on the Stripe checkout page (Link, card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay). The code applies to the pack price already in the cart.

Question 7

Can a shop get net terms or a bigger break?

Accepted Answer

Card checkout is pay-now. Net terms and pricing past the published 50-pack go through the bulk quote form. Tell us the head models, monthly nozzle count, and the ship-to zip.

Question 8

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

Unused, unopened packs can come back within 30 days. If we shipped the wrong part, we pay the return and replace it. Opened nozzle packs are consumable and are not returned unless the orifice is not what you ordered. If a fit marked listed does not seat, contact us before you ship it back. Typical and noted fits are confirm-first. Full rules are on the shipping and returns page.

Question 9

Do you have a minimum order?

Accepted Answer

No minimum order value. Nozzles and the common ceramic rings are sold in packs; windows and lenses can be bought one at a time. If you are buying for a row of machines, the quote desk will price the monthly run so you are not clicking 50-packs one at a time.

Question 10

Why does the same window size have several power grades?

Accepted Answer

Diameter and thickness have to match the seat. The kilowatt grade is the coating tier on our spec sheet, not a different thickness. A 37 × 7 mm 10 kW window is not a substitute for the 37 × 7 mm 30 kW window. Upper versus lower position was not on the sheet — match the window you remove.

Question 11

How do I check an order after I pay?

Accepted Answer

Stripe emails a receipt. Use the checkout session id (it starts with cs_) and the email on the order at order status. Tracking is emailed when the order ships.

Question 12

How are your nozzle prices set?

Accepted Answer

The launch prices are set so a D28 or D32 nozzle 10-pack lands between $21.90 and $30.90, which is the number a job shop can put on the shelf without treating nozzles like a specialty tool. The pack price is on every product page, and it is the price you pay at checkout.
