Single vs double?
Single-layer nozzles are the usual pick for nitrogen or air on stainless, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metals. Double-layer nozzles are the usual pick for oxygen on mild and carbon steel. If your current nozzle cuts well, match its layer.
How do I pick tip size?
The orifice is the bore at the tip, listed on our nozzles from 1.0 to 4.0 mm. Thicker plate often wants a larger bore. The orifice you already run is the best guide — it is usually stamped on the nozzle. The price is the same across the orifices on one product.
Compatible or OEM?
Compatible. These are aftermarket consumables, not OEM Raytools, WSX, BOCI, or Precitec parts. Each product page labels the head fit as listed, noted, or typical, so you can see how sure we are.
What does shipping cost?
In-stock parts ship from the USA. Shipping is a flat $9.95, and free when the parts subtotal is $99 or more.
What if the thread is wrong?
Email support@laserparts.us with the head model and a photo before you install anything. Unused, uninstalled parts in the original packaging can be returned within 30 days. If we shipped the wrong part, we pay the return freight.
